Crystal began her formal ABA training and education in 2009 when she started working at Behavior Analyst Inc. It was there that she met outstanding professionals using behaviorism and was able to see first-hand the impact that principals of ABA had on children with special needs and their families. Since then she has been steadily working in the field of behavior in school, clinical, and home settings.
Crystal's experience encompasses significant work in the school setting including managing school district behavior programs, working with teachers and classroom staff providing training, conducting FBA’s, developing behavior intervention plans, working 1:1 with students, working with teachers to support classrooms that are conducive to an ABA setting and writing IEP goals and monitoring them. In addition, Crystal has also spent a great amount of time working in clinical settings supporting families in their homes and in the community. She has a true passion for helping students and their families and believes that when a child’s team can come together and work collaboratively great things can be accomplished.
